The Building, Research, and Design council is what does the construction work of a clubhouse, spacecraft, and launchpad. This council also researches for necessary knowledge about the construction of these things, and designs them along with Eon Council. The Building Council shall be held during regular meetings. Research goals shall be give on the Saturday before the meeting, 1 week in advance. You must complete your research, or hand in 5 dollars. Building Council is a dangerous council, therefore, nobody under age 12 will be allowed on Building Council, nor anybody who acts immaturely. Building Council will also perform Canned Food Drives, Charity donations, and community service.
